REFUNDS & RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your DefendaStrip product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you have changed your mind, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for up to 14 days from the date you received the product.
 

Cancelling your order
To enquire about cancelling an order, returns and refunds, please call us on 01424 400805 or write to us at info@defendastrip.co.uk with your order number, postcode, phone number and reason for return.

 
Returning a product

If you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order.  We are not able to refund customers who have placed an order for any RAL colour outside of our standard stock range.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including standard minimum delivery costs, by the method you used for payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you.

 

Faulty or damaged products 
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 14 days of it being delivered to you. We will refund any shipping costs or can arrange collection.
